Observed GRAS items onsite: Chaga, plant based flavored energy concentrate, collagen protein (seasonal not onsite but on menu), and butterfly pea powder.********Of Note: Discussed with PIC 1) proper storage of employee drinks. 2) Assisted with Time as Public Health Control (TPHC) policy for fruit and cheese Danish.

Observed bags of coffee beans for sale labels were missing information required for traceability purposes. Per PIC the coffee beans come in bulk and they re-bag them at the facility. Discussed with PIC labeling shall contain 1) Name of Product; 2) Processor Name; 3) Processor Address or Phone Number; 4) Ingredients; 5) Approximate Weight; 6) In English. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed several scoops stored in the product with the handle touching the product. Discussed with PIC In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
