Inspector's notes

Observed thick grey buildup on the ceiling grate above the prep sink area. Also observed black buildup on the mop sink area and sticky buildup on the floor near the customer service area. Alerted the manager, who plans to clean all areas promptly. A staff member thoroughly mopped the floor while EHS was on-site. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.the 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: SECOND CONSECUTIVE Observed raw concrete on the floor of the walk-in. Red and orange sugar water was pooling and soaking into the raw concrete aggregate. Alerted the manager, who plans to clean the walk-in floor promptly. The area must be smooth and easily cleanable and not made of porous-absorbable materials. Proper repair is required. Do not use unapproved methods. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Observed corroded fixtures at the main handwashing sink near the three-compartment sink and peeling rubber beneath the faucet in the bathroom. Proper repair is required.
