Observed no hand soap in the employee bathroom. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed several large boxes of single use soda lids stored directly on the ground in the employee bathroom. Discussed with PIC clean linens, single use items, equipment and foods shall be stored in protected areas free from contamination. Also discussed Food storage shall be protected from contamination in clean, dry location 6 inches above floor. PIC removed the items from the restroom and relocated throughout the facility. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
