In hot sandwich and corn dog hot case, corn dogs with internal temperatures of 110*F-125*F. Per time sticker and employee, corn dogs were placed out for service within 1-2 hours. Manager reheated corn dogs to 165*F and placed back on to hot holding unit. Monitor temperatures of corn dog hot holding unit for accurate temperatures. Repair company was called to service the hot holding unit. Maintain TCS (time/ temperature control for food safety) foods at a hot holding temperature of 135*F or higher at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
