Observed establishment selling coffee drinks containing mushroom blend which contains cordyceps, lion's mane, chaga, mushrooms at time of inspection. The establishment utilizing and adding the mushroom blend to drinks (Mocha Mushroom & Matcha Mushroom shakers). The mushroom blend was embargoed at time of inspection and placed on hold. Product placed on hold may not be moved or used. Reviewed with PIC about approved food additives at time of inspection. The establishment has not shown the mushroom blend as Generally recognized as Safe (GRAS) and may not be used as a food additive. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 11/13.
