Observed soda guns in the bar with black organic matter on the removable nozzle and the sprayer. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Contact surfaces shall be stored away clean. Clean by prior inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
