observed in the food prep. basin, a bag of cooked corn/veggies . inquired about the thawing strategies. per manager, these rte to eat bags of cooked food are generally thawed in walk-in cooler overnight, however as needed, they may also be thawed under running water. food bag sealed at 61 deg f . per manager, staff working on thawing had just finished shift and left the store. manager discarded bag. use of continuous running cold water on frozen bags reviewed.
