There were no date markings on the ready to eat/time/temp control for safety foods (RTE/TCS). Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that date marking need to be on foods that are prepped and RTE/TCS to ensure the foods are rotated, used, or discarded within 7 days. PIC wrote dates on the RTE/TCS foods at time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods were properly date marked at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
