Observed backing up water at floor drain when washing my hands at the beginning of the inspection. Observed 3 floor sinks around the dishpit don't drain, but the 1 at the bar drains perfectly. Manager tried to clear the drain but unable to clear it. Called a repairperson. When running water, it overflows the drains. Ensure that sewer water is able to clearly go down the drains and drains quickly enough so no excess sewer water overflows aboe the floor sinks.
