Second Consecutive. Observed the main dishwasher with chlorine sanitizer measuring at 0 PPM. Staff confirmed dishes had been run through the main-dishwasher today. After priming and running the dishwasher multiple times it was found that the sanitizing line had be come disconnected at the top of the machine. The manager stated the dishwasher had been serviced yesterday evening. After reconnecting the sanitizer line, the chemical sanitizer was within range. Staff to test the sanitizer strength on the first cycle of dishes. Reviewed sanitizer concentration requirements. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a handwashing sink at the bar without soap available. Staff stated that the bar was rearranged and the soap dispenser, attached to a prep table, was moved far away from the handwashing sink. An employee grabbed another soap dispenser and placed it next to the handwashing sink at time of inspection. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law Observed standing grey water in the mop sink unable to drain. An employee tried plunged the drain and was unable to dislodge the clog. After multiple attempts to dislodge the clog another employee stuck a hose down the drain and was able to clear the clog. The drain was then challenged and all water fixtures were turned on to ensure the drain was able to handle the drainage demand. Establishment to keep drains in good working order.
