Observed the pre clean wash basin with an non functioning garbage disposal. Garbage disposal must be repaired or taken out. DO NOT remove the pre clean sink unless approved for a minor remodel with Maricopa County ESD. Discussed maintaining equipment in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Second consecutive. No Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) onsite. The current CFPM splits their time between two nearby schools. A CFPM is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Staff stated the district was working with the assistant manager to get them a CFPM license.
