Please clean facilities in a manner and frequency that prevents buildup of dust, debris, and organic matter. ***2nd consecutive violation*** Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-201.11 - Core: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability Addl Notes: Cleanout missing cover on wall below dish machine (other side of mop sink). Small holes in walls above mop sink. Wall panel is slightly bowing out in the corner of entrance to mop sink room. Caulking at hand wash station nearest make station is cracked. Caulking at 3 compartment sink is beginning to separate from the wall nearest the dish machine. Both drain lines lead to floor sink below the dish machine and terminate about 0.5-1 inch below the rim of the floor sink. Please reposition the drain lines to provide a minimum air gap of either 1 inch or twice the diameter of the drain pipe (whichever is greater).
