Hot and cold water under pressure is required at all sink fixtures. Establishment water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food establishment. Establishment shall remain open as permission and access to bathroom of adjacent suite is maintained. Agreement between food establishment and adjacent business giving permission to utilize bathroom is attached to report. Establishment handwash sink and bathroom shall be supplied with water prior to re-inspection on 8/1/25. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
