PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law>>>Observed a leaking atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink in the kitchen. The mop sink has a hose attached and does not have a 1 inch air gap between the hose and the flood rim of the floor drain. Person in charge informed that atmospheric vacuum breaker is not functioning properly and back flow may result due to hose attached. Person in charge put in a work order for the repair. Re-inspection 10/13/23. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
