Two pans of raw chicken (tenders and fillets) and egg wash-59-65F in the make line unit next to the fryer area. PIC stated that all items had been in the unit for an extended amount of time and discarded-see embargo form. Keep TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or below. *Make line unit was found to be accidentally unplugged. The PIC had the unit plugged in and the ambient temperature was decreasing in the unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
