In the walk-in cooler observed 14 thawed sausage egg and cheddar sandwiches with discard date 06-27-26. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. In the back two door reach-in meat/cheese tornados and taquitos out of their boxes and wrapped in plastic wrap with no discard date. Discard date could not be determined at the time of inspection as no one present could determine the opening date. Embargoed, PIC discarded. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1).
