Observed boxed pizza inside hot unit holding 117*f degrees. Per the receiving log pizza was received one hour prior at 175*f degrees. School discards all items prepared for lunch service after the students are finished eating. No time control policy was found. Discussed with the Admin Assistant the need to establish a time as a control policy for holding items if unable to keep in temperature and food is already being thrown out within the 4 hour window. Time control template was provided at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
