Observed cart of uncut vegetables stored under a leaking compressor fan in the walk-in. Vegetable containers were mostly covered, and no discharge was observed to make direct contact with the vegetables. Discussed ensuring that no food items are stored under the unit drip is fixed. Person in charge moved the cart to a different part of the walk-in. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
