Observed cartons of milk, packages of single-serving cream cheese, cups of flavored yogurts, and peeled hard-boiled eggs in customer self-service glass door reach-in refrigerator with internal temperature ranging from 53-58 degrees Fahrenheit. Please ensure time-and- temperature control for safety (TCS) foods are kept cold at 41F or lower. Ambient temperature of refrigerator was measured at 55F with min-max thermometer. Per kitchen employee, items were placed in refrigerator less than 4 hours prior to inspection.
