Repeat Violation Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability - Flooring in front of the ice machine is eroded and has the aggregate exposed. Mop sink basin wall has become dislodged from its original location and created a crevice. Cove base around mop sink area and ice machine is separating from the wall. Both hand wash stations in kitchen have caulking that has become eroded and in need of replacement.
