Observed yogurt cold holding at initial temperature of 46-48 deg F in a reach in unit that was holding >41 deg F. Manager informed the yogurt had been in unit since earlier in day from walk in unit and placed back in unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the reach in unit cold holding yogurt holding at 45.0 deg F (according to the min/max thermometer). TCS food items cold holding in unit was redirected to walk in. Currently there is no TCS food cold holding in unit. Manager has called for repair. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
