Observed that the walk-through passageway to the mop sink next door to their store has been boarded up and now have no access to mop sink. Discussed with PIC that mop sink is required by Food Code, will discard water in 3 compartment drain temporarily. PIC stated that will install mop sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed leaky faucet at 3-compartment sink. Discussed with PIC that all plumbing required to be maintained in good repair at all times.
