Sanitizer wiping cloth stored in sanitizer bucket with Quat Ammonia sanitizer solution below 100 PPM. PIC remade the sanitizer bucket with new Quat sanitizer of 300 PPM. Please ensure sanitizer wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer solution of appropriate concentration (refer to manufacturer's recommendations) between uses. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

This site visit is to follow up on corrections from original OC inspection. Most items had been addressed.Please address the following items prior to the next routine inspection:1. Provide test report for the testable backflow devices for the water filtration system, ovens and drink equipment. Replace non-testable backflow devices.2. Have hood service. Noted the vent grids around the hood and inside the facility has yellow accumulation on them.3. Please store equipment cleaning tool separate from tools for food equipment.4. Seal around the light conduits inside the walk-in units and pipe penetrations from the oven to the other side of the wall.5. Replace the wall panel above the walk-in cooler.

Met with new district manager (DM), Jeremy Smith. The DM was not aware of the outstanding items to be addressed at this location. Conducted walk-through of the facility and provided timeline of correction. Rescheduled the re-inspection to 12/26/24.

Advisory. This inspection was scheduled as an OC re-inspection. The store manager had changed and per manager in charge the company had not received the report last sent to previous district manager. Added new district manager and resent reports to the current district manager. Discussed with PIC to move re-inspection to 12/6/24.
