Observed a chlorine dishwasher with 0ppm of chlorine concentration after final rinse. Chlorine test strips were available and easily accessible. There were dishes being washed at time of inspection. After several attempts of priming the dish machine, the final rinse solution was in proper concentration range between 50-100ppm. Discussed the importance of ensuring chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 50-100 ppm to sanitize dishes.
