observed 2 pans of cut lettuce, and leafy green mix in the front service reach-in cooler at 46-48 deg f . pans were overfilled. also noted reach-in drawer was partially left open in between use. manager coached staff .all removed. also pan of corn at 47-48 deg f, a pan of sliced deli turkey at 47-48 deg f , pan was overfilled. manager removed. manager coached staff to ensure food pan levels are smaller/lower, and coolers are keep closed to ensure all tcs is kept at 41 deg f .
