Observed ice crystals build up on the cooling unit of the main freezer. Ice was observed dripping down onto placed baking sheets below. Food was protected from contamination. No direct contamination was observed. Staff to continue not to store any open foods beneath the cooling unit. Discussed maintaining equipment in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection
