All floors, walls, and ceilings shall be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Physical facility shall be maintained in good repair at all times. Food may not be stored in the following rooms: Locker, toilet, dressing, garbage, mechanical rooms; under non-shielded sewer lines, leaking water lines, stairwells, any other contamination source. Person in charge (PIC) instructed to remove packaged beer from bathroom and store packaged beer in a way that prevents contamination. PIC began to relocate packaged beer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed eggs being stored directly above containers of milk in refrigerator along back of establishment. PIC properly stored all raw animal proteins according to the final cooking temperature based on the cooking parameters in § 3-401.11 of the Food Code. All raw animal proteins must be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination. Corrected at time of inspection.
