Per Person in Charge (PIC) the ice machine is a part of the weekly deep cleaning side work list. Discussed with PIC to include the ceiling and all sides within the ice machine and to clean at a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.
