Observed individual cups of various TCS ranch dressing flavors stored in the front beverage refrigerator. They measured with an internal temperature of 57 degrees F and had been stored in the refrigerator over night. They were recommended for discard- see embargo list. Reviewed cold holding and conducting routine temperature checks. Ambient temperature in the refrigerator was 49 degrees F. Refrigerator mainly used for non TCS beverages.
