Person in charge to place a work order and have completed by re-inspection on 9/22/2025. Observed employees without gloves placing their hand into fry sleeve full of ready to eat fries causing their fingers and hand to be in direct contact with the fries. One of the employees had artificial nails with nail polish. Observed another employee place bare hand in ice machine without glove, and pick up ice. Employees touching ready to eat food, or handling exposed food when wearing nails or fingernail polish, must wear gloves. Person in charge had employees wash hands and place on gloves before returning to station. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-301.11(B) - Priority: Preventing Contamination from Hands.
