Observed outdoor trash receptacle in metal closure but no lids. All trash needs to be covered adequately so that pests, especially flies, cannot enter the and exit the can freely. Install lids or replace dumpster with one that has functional lids. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
