-- Hand sink between walk-in refrigerator and pizza prep station unable to supply hot water of 100°F after running for several minutes. The maximum water temperature measured at 81°F using probing thermometer. Reviewed MCESD requirements with the person in charge. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. A re-inspection will be conducted within 24 hours to verify hot water is available for handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.
