Caulking at hand wash station near make-line missing caulking at junction of sink and wall on upper edge. Spacing around piping below make-line hand wash station exposing inner wall. Cover missing from plumbing cleanout below hand wash station in restroom. Please cover and repair these areas prior to next routine inspection. PIC stated work order is in place for repairs on walk-in door's lower edge and gaskets. ***2nd consecutive violation*** Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
