Food production for resale at other locations outside of the permitted area is outside of the scope of this permit. No food processor permit was found to be under this address in permit center. Called district manager of AFC and discussed applying for a Food Processor permit to be within compliance.

During the inspection, the process for the acidification of rice was able to be verified via pH test strips used as an alternative to the digital probe pH meter. Discussed repairing or obtaining new pH meter and keeping a spare. Discussed getting new and sealed pH test strips to be kept on the premises.
