Inspector's notes

Observed internal temperatures of yogurt/55°F, milk/52°F, hard boiled eggs/ 63°F, raw eggs/ 54°F, raw bacon/52°F, chicken salad/60°F, hot dogs/ 64°F, assorted snack packs (cheese and deli meat)/60°F in the grab and go cooler. Minimum internal temperate of the grab and go cooler measured at 58.1°F with min/max thermometer. Thermometer in the cooler displayed 56 °F. According to the person in charge the cooler was functioning at 41°F or less at 11AM. All TCS foods were moved to the walk-in cooler at time of inspection. Discontinue storing time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods in the grab and go cooler until it maintains 41°F or less at all times. Discussed installing doors or cooler flaps on the grab and go cooler to ensure TCS foods are stored at 41°F or less at all times with the PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
