Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days or legal action may result pursuant to MCEHC Chapter 1, Regulation 4(e). After discussion with the person in charge it was determined the establishment moved the handwashing sink and three compartment sink from the room behind the beverage walk in cooler in the main building to the small west side building where the mop sink is located.

Predefined Comment: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Please repair the handwashing sink so it supplied with hot water of at least 100°F prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4573/AMC-Toolbox: Handwashing. Addl Notes: No hand soap stocked at the the handwashing sink near the mop sink.
