Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-201.11 - Core: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability Addl Notes: Front counter top is damaged on the edge and no longer smooth or easily cleanable. Spacing around piping below 3 compartment drain line should be covered or fill to prevent internal wall damage and potential harborage of pests. Caulking is separating from the wall at both restroom hand wash stations.
