Internal temperature of 49*F for Sweet cream product boxed product containing milk found in walk-in refrigeration unit . Internal temperature of 49*F for two gallons of whole milk, all other food items stored in walk-in refrigeration at not time/temperature control for safety (TCS) Non-TCS food items. Discussed with operator TCS food items shall be cold held at 41*F or below. Per operator, 9boxes of sweet cream have been stored in walk-in refrigeration for longer than 4hours. Product is no longer safe for consumption. Operator proceeded to discard 9 boxes of sweet cream and two gallons of whole milk. Discontinue storing TCS food items until unit is verified at 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
