Observed a large collection of fruit flies near the iced tea dispenser. Discussed with person in charge to seek a licensed pest control applicator to help mitigate the fruit fly issue. Person in charge will reach out to a licensed pest control specialist. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed some organic matter on the inside of the soda fountain nozzles. Discussed with person in charge to clean the soda fountain nozzles on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter inside of the soda fountain nozzles. The person in charge had the nozzles washed, rinsed and sanitized at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a large collection of slimy organic matter buildup in the floor drains behind the soda fountain dispenser and the other behind the tea dispenser in the mechanical room. Discussed with person in charge to clean the floor drains on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter and other debris in the floor drain. The person in charge will have the floor drains cleaned. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
