Observed ice scoop at bar stored in a manner that the handle was in close contact to ice for drinks. Utensils are to be stored in a manner that limits any bare hand contact. Observed ice scoop for ice machine in back storage stored on a white towel. Utensils are to be stored on regularly cleaned and easily cleanable surfaces.. Best practice would be on a tray or bucket that can be washed, rinsed and sanitized. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
