Repeat Violation Core-4-202.16, C: Nonfood-Contact Surfaces Observed bare wood boards lining bottom bottom storage shelves next to walk-in refrigerator. Advised person in charge (PIC) that nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.
