Observed a build-up of rainwater in an outdoor hand sink basin near grill with apparent signs of mosquito breeding. Discussed ensuring that receptacle is free of standing water to avoid breeding of mosquitos and spread of vector borne diseases. Asked employee to drain the receptacle. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
