Observed a spray nozzle attached to hose on mop sink faucet that has an AVB , which has been under pressure. Had PIC disconnect hose from the mop sink faucet and explained to keep the hose disconnected when not in use. Instructed PIC to ensure that the spray nozzle should be removed every time in between uses. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
