Observed the front portion of the reach in unit that holds vegetables at internal temperature of 46.9 deg F (according to the min/max thermometer). TCS food items from this front portion was removed and placed in walk in or discarded. General Manager will call maintenance. Currently there are no TCS food items cold holding in this portion of the unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
