The employee working with ready-to-eat food foods in the assembly area was observed grabbing the handles of cooked chicken pans that where also being grabbed the the cook handling raw beef and raw chicken. The PIC instructed the cook handling ready-to-eat food to wash wash at the time of inspection and don new gloves. Per PIC, the cooks in the ready-to-eat side should not touching or grabbing equipment surfaces are touched by the employees on the raw side of the cookline. Discuss ways to prevent cross contamination. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
