During inspection observed exposed wood near a doorframe by the warewashing area. Per person in charge the exposed wood will be replaced and/or removed in the walls located in the production area. Ensure floors and junctures are properly sealed and are smooth and easily cleanable surface. 2nd consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: During inspection observed the FRP wall in a refrigerated storage area to be partially hanging from the wall. The person in charge submitted a work order at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that the physical facility is maintained in good repair at all times. 2nd consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-201.11 - Core: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability Addl Notes: During inspection, observed the walls of the blast chiller to have visible rust. The person in charge stated the specified area will be covered, and re-sealed/re-painted. Both items were corrected by the maintenance technician at the time of inspection. Please ensure to maintain handwashing stations fully operational at all times. 1st consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
