Inspector's notes

During inspection observed exposed wood near a doorframe by the warewashing area. Per person in charge the exposed wood will be replaced and/or removed in the walls located in the production area. Ensure floors and junctures are properly sealed and are smooth and easily cleanable surface. 1st consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: During inspection, observed the walls of the blast chiller to have visible rust. The person in charge stated the specified area will be covered, and re-sealed/re-painted. Please ensure that all floors, walls, and ceilings are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. 1st consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection

During inspection observed some walls of the facility to have exposed wood. Per person in charge the exposed wood will be replaced and/or removed in the walls located throughout the facility. Ensure floors and junctures are properly sealed and are smooth and easily cleanable surface. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: During inspection observed multiples holes in the wall located in the trash compactor room. In a second instance, the observed missing cove base is in the warehouse area. The person in charge submitted work orders at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that the physical facility is maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability... Floors are down to aggregate in some area of the warehouse and processing room and water can pond in these areas. Please repair and maintain cleaned. Correct By: Correct Prior To Next Routine Inspection
