Establishment has work orders in for the dripping and they will be repaired soon. Instructed establishment to install ASSE 1055 backflow preventers with air gaps on their chemical dispensers, rather than ones with elastomer (E or flex) gaps. Instructed establishment to have soda machine ASSE 1013 RPZ tested to ensure it is still working. RPZ was heavily calcified. Instructed establishment to ensure an ASSE 1022 is installed on the waterline(s) for the tea and coffee machines.

Observed shut-off downstream valve attached directly to a hose which was attached to the atmospheric vacuum breaker at the mop sink. The water to the hose at the mop sink was on at time of inspection. Person-in-charge (PIC) turned off the faucet and removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
