-- Soap dispenser for 1 of 1 hand sinks in kitchen not working. The soap available requires use of dispenser. Reviewed hand sink requirements with the person in charge (PIC): handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Kitchen is closed for the day and will no longer be used. A re-inspection will be conducted within 24-hours to verify establishment has soap available for handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
