Reviewed the following with PIC: obtaining new sanitizer test strips to replace current strips, adjusting temperature of topping refrigeration unit to ensure any TCS products are held at 41°F or lower, alternately utilize metal containers for any tcs products - boba, cookie dough bites, and requirements for maintaining plumbing system/which devices are prohibited and which may be used. On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees.
